Our recruitment process

Five stages. Here's what to expect at each step before you apply.

1. 1

   Application

   ~30 min

   Complete a 5-section form covering your background, logistics, experience, and an AI project walkthrough using the PARLA method. Include an unlisted YouTube video (max 5 min) showing a system you built.

2. 2

   AI Screen

   ~24 hrs

   Our AI evaluates your YouTube video transcript against the Gate 1 rubric — proficiency level, PARLA score, and system complexity. You'll hear back within 24 hours.

3. 3

   Test Tasks

   2–3 hrs

   Two practical tasks that mirror real client work: a written scenario response and a video walkthrough of your approach. Evaluated by our internal team within 48 hours.

4. 4

   Live Simulation

   90 min

   A 90-minute live session with one of our recruiters. You'll work through a realistic EA scenario in real time — no prep needed, just show up as yourself.

5. 5

   Final Interview

   30 min

   A 30-minute conversation with a senior Atlas team member. We'll talk about your experience, your approach to AI, and what you're looking for in a role.
